S & S Theater, “Noah”, and “CATS” on Broadway

Travel with us to Lancaster, PA to the magnificent Sight & Sound Theater for the live production of “Noah”. You will be captivated by the story of one of the most amazing biblical recounts of how God instructs the building of the Ark, protects Noah and his family, and changes the world. Enjoy the Tony Award winning musical performance of “CATS” at the Fulton Theater,  reportedly the oldest working theatre in the United States and  was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964. Dinners are included at Arthur’s and Hershey Farms Restaurant and lunch at the Mansion at Mount Hope Winery.  We will also visit Kreider Farms, a high-tech dairy farm and have a chance to climb to the top of their 100-foot silo for a breathtaking view of the countryside. Before returning home, we will enjoy a guided riding tour through the city of Lancaster.

Day 1:  We begin with travel across Ohio and Pennsylvania to Lancaster, PA. where we check in at the beautiful Eden Resort. You will have some time to explore the grounds before dinner at Arthur’s Restaurant (located at the hotel) for a delicious buffet dinner. Tonight’s entertainment is at the Fulton Theatre for the musical performance of “CATS” with breathtaking choreography and dazzling costumes to create a purr-fectly magical experience. 

Day 2:  After a  full buffet breakfast, (included) we board and depart for Kreider Farms where we will experience a 90 minute tour of this high-tech dairy farm, drive through the Titanic-sized loafing barn, known as “the cow palace” and a bird’s eye view of the milking merry-go-round. Before we leave, take a few minutes to climb to the top of a 100-foot silo for a view of the Pennsylvania countryside. Lunch today (included) is at the Mount Hope Winery Mansion, where Miss Daisy Grubb (former owner of the estate) will teach us an etiquette lesson, and history of the mansion, along with other antics from Miss Daisy and her crew. After lunch we will travel to the Sight & Sound Theater, for the main event; the spectacular presentation of “Noah”. After the show, we will move next door to the newly built Hershey Farm Restaurant for a traditional family style dinner.

Day 3:  A full buffet breakfast is included before we meet our local guide for a riding  tour of historic Lancaster, PA. Enjoy the beautiful historic buildings and culture of this wonderful part of Pennsylvania. After the city tour, we continue with our return trip to Ohio
