Deposit Requirements

 

One day tours - $25 pp & Multi-day tours - $100 pp. Extended tours may require larger deposits. Final payment is due 50 days prior to departure, unless otherwise  specified.

 

Trip itinerary will be mailed approximately 12 days prior to departure.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the motorcoaches during tours. Please be thoughtful of your fellow travelers and refrain from using perfumes or colognes due to allergies and respiratory issues.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Cancellation 50 days or more in advance, full refund minus $10 processing fee and any unrecoverable expenses (tickets, hotel, meal deposits, etc).

 

Cancellation 10 - 50 days in advance, 10% of the trip cost plus any unrecoverable expenses. 

 

Cancellation 3 - 9 days in advance, 25% plus any unrecoverable expenses.

 

Cancellation 2 days (48 hours or less) - no refund
